Cyber

Cyber was slang for cybernetic lifeforms such as CCPCs, refered to as such by Harry Pike, and the Cybermen, refered to once by the Tenth Doctor. (TV: Rise of the Cybermen)

As a prefix

Cybermen were typically led by Cyber-Leaders, (TV: Earthshock et al.) who were themselves subordinate to by Cyber-Controllers and Cyber-Planners. (TV: Attack of the Cybermen, GAME: The Eternity Clock)

While dealing with Handles, the Eleventh Doctor quipped "those Cyber-evenings must fly". (TV: The Time of the Doctor)
