Miss Trefusis was head prison guard of Broadfell Prison, which held Lucy Saxon, she knew about Harold Saxon and was sent to collect his ring, which contained a remnant of his soul. She and several guards as well as the Governor resurrected Mr Saxon. Mr Saxon took her life energy well as several prison staff. Lucy Saxon sabotaged this, which made the Prison explode, killing Miss Trefusis. (DW: The End of Time)
