Three Doctors?

Something about this story is nagging me. Are there actually 3 different Doctors in this story? I mean obvious the Thirteenth Doctor has a in-mind conversation with her predecessor, the Twelfth Doctor. But at some point it's being said "you two". Is the Eleventh (or other prior incarnation) also in this story or is Thirteen yelling out loud to both her predecessor and her inner self? --DCLM ☎ 19:31, March 25, 2020 (UTC)
