Ermenshrew Blathereen

Ermenshrew Blathereen was the one of the Blathereen who attempted to use Justicia as a planet destroyer in the 26th century. She used the skin of Consul Issabel as a disguise. In her criminal career she destroyed planets, massacred millions and ran a talent agency on Hastus Minor. After the Tenth Doctor defeated the Blathereen, she killed Don Arco and attempted to transmat away, but was killed due the Doctor's sabotage of the transmat machine. (PROSE: The Monsters Inside)
