Sven was an alien researcher at GeoComTex in 2012.

He once located the Fourth Doctor's scarf and began examining "alien artifacts" left behind on it, some of the artifacts actually turned out to be a piece of bubblewrap and a Jelly baby. On the same day the Metaltron arrived at the Vault. (WC: Sven and the Scarf)
