Central Park was a park in the middle of Manhattan Island, New York City.

Location

Central Park was situated between Fifth Avenue, or Central Park East, to the east and Eighth Avenue, or Central Park West, to the west. The Upper East Side was to the east of Central Park. York Avenue was located near Central Park. (COMIC: Spiral Staircase)

History

Having "been around for ages", Central Park existed as early as 1900, as the Thirteenth Doctor revealed to Yasmin Khan and Team TARDIS, who came from 2020 Sheffield. (TV: Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror)

In 1930, the Hooverville shanty town was located in the park. (TV: Daleks in Manhattan) In November of that year, it was attacked by Daleks. (TV: Evolution of the Daleks)
