A mugger lived and operated near Regent's Park. The Eighth Doctor suspected him of being the man who shot Sanjit and Liv Chenka and caught him, using chilli powder to disable him before putting him in citizen's arrest. DCI Treadwell thanked the Doctor but told him that he was the wrong man. (AUDIO: Wild Animals)
