Dave Jervis (also known as David Jervis) provided the electronic effects on the Doctor Who television stories Destiny of the Daleks, City of Death and The Horns of Nimon. He also provided the video effects on Meglos, The Visitation and The Awakening.
He had earlier been the uncredited inlay operator on Robot, (INFO: Robot) The Ark in Space (INFO: The Ark in Space). Revenge of the Cybermen, (INFO: Revenge of the Cybermen) Terror of the Zygons (INFO: Terror of the Zygons) and Pyramids of Mars.
