Hugo was a primordial class Vampire kept as a pet by Friar Grystok.
During an attack on a shadow planetoid, Hugo abducted Rose Tyler and brought her to Grystock on a coffin ship. Grystock thanked him for his find.
When Gallifreyan forces began attacking the coffin ship, Hugo flew out and began attacking their ships. He was killed by thoracite arrow fired by Captain Drusa’s bowship. (COMIC: Monstrous Beauty)
