Shouldn't this information be ported into the "behind the scenes" section of William Hartnell (Pier Pressure), or else just be mentioned on William Hartnell. I see no reason to have two pages for the same character. Typically when a character appears in both valid and invalid sources that alone doesn't justify having two pages for them. Additionally, if we DO have this, shouldn't we also have some page along the lines of William Hartnell (An Adventure in Space and Time)? So this can be for parodic portrayals, William Hartnell (Pier Pressure) can be for valid portrayals, William Hartnell can be for the real world person, and the page I suggested can be for invalid, fictionalised, but "serious" portrayals.
