Skaz was a planet where people had to pay for every word they said. A campaign for free speech began, with Aymius Todd and Marley Evans becoming involved and being assisted by the Tenth Doctor. Twenty years after the Doctor visited this planet, as a result of a televised address from Aymius, everyone was given the right to speak for free. (AUDIO: Free Speech)
