Aymius Todd

Aymius Todd was a human living on Skaz. Like most inhabitants of Skaz, he had a microchip in his tongue which prevented him from speaking when he did not have enough Droobles to pay for it.
Aymius met the Tenth Doctor, who took him to make a televised address advocating for free speech, which eventually led to all inhabitants of Skaz being granted the right to speak freely. (AUDIO: Free Speech)
