Biography

After the Dummy Massacre, the webmaster of Who is Doctor Who? asked his readers to send in their stories after there were supposed reports of "millions" of people hearing a "strange disembodied voice"; Mrs Baggs wrote into the site about her experience, although she dismissed the voices as coming from her husband's "silly radio plays". (PROSE: The Doctor Was Involved in the Dummy Massacre)

Behind the scenes

"Mrs Baggs", while her forename was left unmentioned, is identifiable as Helen Baggs, a former spouse of Bill Baggs, who runs BBV Productions, makers of primarily audio dramas. Presumably, Helen or Bill likely wrote this entry on the website.
