Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

After the Dummy Massacre, the webmaster of Who is Doctor Who? asked his readers to send in their stories after there were supposed reports of "millions" of people hearing a "strange disembodied voice"; on 2 April 2005, Mrs Baggs wrote into the site about her experience, although she dismissed the voices as coming from her husband's "silly radio plays". Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]

"Mrs Baggs", while her forename was left unmentioned, is identifiable as Helen Baggs, the former spouse of Bill Baggs, who runs BBV Productions, makers of primarily audio dramas. Presumably, Helen or Bill likely wrote this entry on the website.
