The Policeman was a police officer who met the 15th Doctor after he was hit by the head of a Snowman decoration due to the actions of the Goblins. He asked the Doctor if he was alright. After the Doctor responded he was fine, he wanted to write a rapport of the incident. After the Doctor answered his questions the Doctor told him that his girlfriend was going to say Yes to his proposal on Christmas eve.
