PC Harry McLellan met the Fifteenth Doctor on 23 December 2023.

Harry was patrolling the streets of London during the late hours of 23 December 2023 when he saw the head a snowman decoration fall from the side of Henrik's (PROSE: The Church on Ruby Road ^[+]Loading...["The Church on Ruby Road (novelisation)"]) onto the Fifteenth Doctor due to the actions of the Goblins, and ran over to check the Doctor was alright, to which he responded he was while looking at the roof the decoration had fell from.

Though the Doctor dismissed his wishes to write a report of the incident, he reassured the young policeman that his girlfriend was going to say "yes" to his marriage proposal on Christmas Eve after his sonic screwdriver alerted him to the ring in his pocket. Though slightly bewildered, he was delighted to hear she would say yes as he watched the Doctor disappear in his TARDIS.
