Keeper (Doctor Who and the Doomsday Weapon)

An elderly Time Lord was the Keeper of the TARDISes in the repair shops on Gallifrey. He was present for the kerfuffle when two of the first Renegade Time Lords, and the only two ever to leave Gallifrey, stole two TARDISes from the workshops; they would later become the Doctor and the Master.

The Keeper was among the Time Lords who came to the War Lords' battleground-planet to put things right (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Doomsday Weapon) after the Second Doctor called out to them for help about the results of the War Chief's treachery. (TV: The War Games) This was his first journey outside of Gallifrey, despite having worked with TARDISes all his life, and the Keeper later reflected to his young apprentice that it had "broadened [his] mind".
