According to one account, the Eighth Galaxy was the location of Skaro, (AUDIO: The Destroyers) which was part of the Skaro system. (PROSE: War of the Daleks)
According to other accounts, however, Skaro may have been located in hyperspace, (COMIC: Genesis of Evil) in the Solar System, (COMIC: Invasion of the Daleks) the Seventh Galaxy (PROSE: The Infinity Doctors) or even in "the next universe but one".
