Aftermath

Published by the Time Lords, the TARDIS Type 40 Instruction Manual covered the Timeline Error Incident, making note of the Testimony's role in the event. Whilst recognising the legal and temporal ramifications of the Testimony's actions, the Time Lords acknowledged that they had created a significant resource and so the High Council of Time Lords considered entering negotiations with the Testimony in order to merge their information with the memory banks of the Matrix. Index File information relating to the Testimony was barred pending a decision on official Gallifreyan policy.
