Jenny Says: Drink Gevity™! was the thirteenth comic strip in the Weird Tales featuring Jenny series published by ComicFury on 1 April 2024, written and illustrated by Cookieboy 2005.[1]

It was notable for its licensed usage of Gevity, with one incarnation of Jenny Everywhere promoting the fizzy drink.

Summary

Speaking to an unknown audience, Jenny Everywhere began promoting Gevity™. She then shifted from the Infinite to Peter's universe, and handed Peter a can in his home. He tried the drink despite never hearing about it before, and was unimpressed with its taste, as rock music was inexplicably playing.

Jenny, oblivious to Peter's true opinion, proclaimed that this wasn't the only universe where Gevity™ was "universally loved". She then shifted into another universe where another, sad Jenny had lost her friend. Jenny asked her counterpart why she is sad, but as the sad Jenny began to explain, the other Jenny cut her off dismissively and claimed she was sad because she didn’t "know the angelic taste of Gevity™". Jenny handed her counterpart another can whilst more rock music played.

The sad Jenny took a sip of the drink, finding the taste to be merely "alright", but the first Jenny - continuing to be oblivious to peoples' opinions - asserted that the sad Jenny's mood had been significantly improved. Jenny then recited a rhyme and told people to drink Gevity™.

In another universe, Cookieboy 2005 wrote about how his latest comic was the first brand deal in the series, as a sponsor had reached out to him over email and paid him a "fair sum" of money to make the comic and release it to a website.
