Thomas Milligan
Tom Milligan was a doctor who worked for the NHS in 2008. He First appeared in Last of the Time Lords where he met Martha landing on the British Ilse's in 2009 (Because The Events of the Last of the Time Lords happened one year after The Master A.K.A Mr Saxon was elected as Prime Minister). He was a fugitive from the Master's Friends the Toclafane who would do whatever the Master wanted. He Took Martha to See Prof Docherty a scientist who was secretly working for the master. She said she was going to stop the Tcolafane to but she told the master where Tom and Martha where. As Martha and Tom set of to find a gun that would destroy the master the master tracked them down becasue of Prof Docherty. He Found Martha and took her to the Valiant and he killed Tom with his Laser Screwdriver. Due to The Master's Paradox Machine evrey thing went back in time to 2008. After the Master was killed by Lucy Saxon. Martha Phoned Tom and hung up meaning that the events that happened did not happen and he did not die.
