Chase Mansion

Chase Mansion was the home of Harrison Chase, located in England. It had been built during the Wars of the Roses (1455-1485), with the west wing being completed in 1587. The ghost of Sir Bosewell Chase supposedly haunted the place.
The mansion was home to Chase's vast collection of plants, including the Krynoid pod he acquired in the 1970s. It grew to gigantic size, nearly engulfing the mansion, and took control of the plant life there, using them to attack the humans. Chase Mansion was destroyed when it was bombed in an air strike which killed the Krynoid. (DW: The Seeds of Doom)
