Professor Jackij was a scientist who discovered the cure to Spectrox toxaemia, which was milk from the Queen Bat.

Professor Jackij did not appear on-screen or in the credits. He was mentioned in The Caves of Androzani in the scene where Salateen told the Fifth Doctor and Peri Brown that there was a cure to Spectrox toxaemia.
