The Ninth Doctor was accompanied by one Captain Jack for a few different episodes. Once the Tenth Doctor arrives and a new season starts, the Torchwood Institute is named numerous times. It is rumoured that Captain Jack plays as the star in a new series that focuses on this mysterious Torchwood Institute.
