- 1925 - Dallas Cavell, who played various roles in numerous stories on Doctor Who, is born.
- 1939 - Charles Pemberton, who played a Cyberman in "The Tomb of the Cybermen" and a War Lord technician in "The War Games" is born in Leyland, Lancashire, England.
