Leeds is a city in northern England, and the third largest in the country after London and Birmingham. Donna Noble and her family were relocated in the city following London's destruction in an alternate timeline, and was extremely indignant in being forced to live there, likely owing to the city's reputation of being one of the worst places to live in the country.
