Moere

Doctor Moere was a Dutch police physician. He believed that the murdered corpse found at the bottom of a lake would take a couple of days to properly identify due to how long it had been decomposing. This wasn't necessary, as not long after, Maya der Voort identified the woman's belongings as those of her sister Jana Kristan. (PROSE: The Scales of Injustice)
