Miklev

Miklev was a student at the College of Advanced Galactic Education. He studied a joint honours degree; one subject was Moral Philosophy. He was a friend of Reev and Lizzo, and told the Sixth Doctor about their personality changes. Template:Redmond tried to experiment on him, but the Doctor and Peri Brown managed to stop him.
