Lohkaar was at the centre of Adric's calculations and was the highest member of his race. Teegarna didn't like that he was set in his ways. Teegarna later brought the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa to him. He later helped the Doctor escape from Adric's pet spider. (AUDIO: The Boy That Time Forgot)
