The Tabbalac were an aggressive species.
They were tall with orange skin. The Tabbalac were at war with the Cyrox.
The Doctor encountered the Tabbalac several times. He knew they had advanced matter transmission technology, and could read body language so well that they knew when someone was lying. A humanised Tabbalac, Brooks, was living on Earth in the early 21st century. When the Sixth Doctor ran across the Tabbalac in 2008, he believed they were not active in that particular time zone.
