W. Cregan

W. Cregan, also known as Agent 37362, worked for the Universal Secret Service in 2067 and operated from London.
He once encountered a Dalek and was fully prepared for a battle with the alien until it said "Shake hands. Welcome." Unsure how to proceed, Cregan followed the Dalek's request although he came to heavily suspect that it was a spy. He later sent a photograph of the meeting to USS HQ. (PROSE: Friendly Dalek)
