Wound in time

A wound in time developed from the weak point in time created by Rose Tyler crossing her own timeline when she had the Ninth Doctor take her back to see the car accident which killed her father, Pete Tyler, a second time, when she went a step further to save her father's life, leading to the Reapers coming through to sterilise it. They were stopped when Pete, in act of self-sacrifice, allowed himself to be hit by the car that had killed him, having been suspended in a small time loop after Rose saved him.
