A Call Centre girl was one of various employees working at the serene, efficient, human-led ANZ call centre, which received an award in 2004 for how much better it was than certain other places. (TV: Robots Ad [+]Loading...["Robots Ad (TV story)"])

Behind the scenes

The plural "Call Centre girls" highlighted in the making-of featurette.[1]

Although the behind-the-scenes footage included in the making-of featurette posted on Facebook by Canberra Daleks & Robots had a caption referring to multiple "Call Centre girls", and indeed depicted two actresses, only one female operator is seen in the final cut, with another, male employee appearing blurrily in the background. Not one performer out of the three receives a credit anywhere whatsoever.[1]
