Cyber-ship
some clarification required as to which ships are hyphenated or not; a comment in Cyber-ship states that the ones on Nerva Beacon are not the same thing as a Cyber Ship. Also, some trouble with the placement of images.

No mention of what the Cyber Ships in The Invasion are outside of the Behind the Scenes section. (Though see also the cleanup tag)

Cyber Ships were battle-class ships created by the Cybermen.
Cybermen of Mondas
The Seventh Doctor encountered a Cyber Ship belonging to the Mondasian Cybermen whilst the Doctor was looking for the Nemesis. (DW: Silver Nemesis)
Cybermen of Pete's World
The Cybermen from a parallel universe also used Cyber Ships. The Eleventh Doctor encountered their Cyber Ship when they came to Stonehenge with other ships such as Dalek saucers, Sontaran flagships, Judoon Rockets, Slitheen vessels and the Atraxi. (DW: The Pandorica Opens)
Cybermen of the Cyber Legions
In the 52nd century, Cybermen of unknown origin used Cyber Ships similar to the ones used by the parallel universe Cybermen at Stonehenge in the Twelfth Cyber Legion. These ships patrolled the sector where Amy Pond and her daughter were kidnapped, before being destroyed by the Eleventh Doctor. (DW: A Good Man Goes to War)
Behind the scenes
- In The Pandorica Opens, River Song states that Cyber Ships are among the fleet gathering above Stonehenge. When the fleet is shown, the Cyber Ships are never identified; however, one ship which is shown prominently bears a striking resemblance to the Cyber Ships seen in The Invasion. It hasn't been confirmed that this resemblance was intentional, but it should be noted that a visual effects artist stated in a Doctor Who Magazine interview that fans would be able to notice several familiar ships in the fleet. This ship turns up again in A Good Man Goes to War, used by "different Cybermen" whose origin has not yet been explained.
