Chief Technician

Chief Technician was a high scientific rank in the Quatch Empire.
By the time he returned to the Unbound Universe's Skaro with the Quatch, after working for the Quatch Empire for decades, the Davros of the Unbound Universe had achieved the rank of Chief Technician. He was referred to by this title during the Quatch Empire's second invasion attempt on Skaro, and, as a result of his high ranking, was effectively the leader of said invasion attempt.
