Doctor Elkinar Dajan was a doctor of biochemistry and applied xeno-agronomy, former research associate of Helgert Teveler, and a former lover of Sisrella Teveler. Helgert disliked him. He wanted to make sure the food went to the masses, not just the soldiers. He enticed a riot to get the stores from the soldier as they paid for them from his taxes. He met with Barlow Teveler when he raided their ship. (AUDIO: The Seeds of War)
