Kapland

Kapland was the capital city of the planet Astra, and its Space Empire, by the late 21st century. It was accordingly home to the Kaplan, head of the Empire, as well as to the Kaplan Minus; both resided in the biggest building in the city, located in its centre.
Shortly after the beginning of the Space War in 2065, Steve Zodiac, having been captured as a prisoner of war only to demand an audience with the Kaplan, was taken to Kapland. He admired its architecture, wishing his first visit had been under happier circumstances. (COMIC: Colonel Zodiac Disappears)
