Parkinson's disease was a disease that impacted the control of one's motor functions.

Adolf Hitler suffered from the disease near the end of the Second World War. His left arm would shake uncontrollably. He was prescribed various medication including strychnine and cocaine, and Minister of Propaganda Joseph Goebbels ordered that Hitler be filmed and photographed only at certain angles to hide his illness.
