Sean Flannigan
Sean Flannigan (alternatively spelt Flanagan) was a security guard and technician aboard the Wheel.

Sean Flannigan, (TV: The Wheel in Space) alternatively spelt Flanagan, (PROSE: The Wheel in Space) was of Irish origin (TV: The Wheel in Space) and was an accomplished brawler. (PROSE: The Wheel in Space) By 2000, (TV: The Mind Robber; AUDIO: Prison in Space) 2079 (AUDIO: The Dying Light) or later, (PROSE: The Indestructible Man) he was working on the Wheel as a security guard and technician. Flannigan told Zoe Heriot and Gemma Corwyn where in the medical section the Second Doctor and Jamie McCrimmon were confined and prevented Jamie from leaving when he and Zoe heard Kemel Rudkin's cry. He assisted Leo Ryan in the power room by holding a light for him and heard that Elton Laleham and Armand Vallance had brought Bernalium from Silver Carrier to the Wheel, something that he told Zoe whilst he was off-duty. When Vallance pointed a blaster at him, Flannigan fought him and Laleham and was hypnotised by a Cyberman.
Under Cyber-control, Flannigan attempted to lure the Doctor to corridor six and headed to the operations room to shut down the Wheel's force field. Before he could do so, Ryan used a metal disc to liberate Flannigan's mind, allowing him to use Liquid Plastic to kill a Cyberman and operate the force field, saving the Wheel from space-walking Cybermen.
