Senior Special Agent No. 2 was a 21 short story printed in TV Century 21 that contained elements from the Doctor Who universe.

In Westcliff in Essex, nine-year-old Kevin Dibben of the Universal Secret Service spots a three-year-old boy in trouble at sea. Though a non-swimmer himself, Dibben bravely wades out to help and successfully saves him from drowning. During a special ceremony at a later date, while surrounded by Dalek imagery, Dibben is presented with the second TV Century 21 Golden Award for his bravery and is also promoted to Senior Special Agent.
