oh, come on. Even Wikipedia uses "Kiev" in reference to this conflict. Unless we can give a reason why a Doctor Who Wiki talking from an in-universe POV should be held to a higher standard that Wikipedia discussing the same thing from a real world POV, this should definitely be moved back to the old name.
