Vilsa was a member of the Transport Guild. She would not leave Davros behind, so she became the pilot of the Earth Protection Corps ship that was taking him to Earth. She was very concerned about his welfare, which concerned Anya Kingdom. She revived Davros to stop a Dalek attack. She spotted the planet Kembel for their ship to land on.
