Easter Island was located in the Pacific Ocean. River Song said the Eleventh Doctor was worshipped there when they visited it. (DW: The Impossible Astronaut) The island is known for mysterious stone statues featuring large chins.

The Fourth Doctor and Leela visited Easter Island in 1872. (PDA: Eye of Heaven)
