Toby Jones (born 7 September 1966) played the Dream Lord in the Doctor Who story Amy's Choice. He has also voiced Dobby the house elf in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part One. In 2011 he portrayed Gerard Hamilton in the TV movie Christopher and His Kind, starring Matt Smith. More recently, Jones played the super-villain Arnim Zola in the 2011 movie Captain America: The First Avenger. Jones also starred in a Big Finish Productions audio story X and the Daleks. He played X in the story. He was also in The Great War as Kotris.
