The Stockbridge Preservation Society was a protest group formed in about 2007 by Maxwell Edison to counter the stated public plans of Khrysalis Konstruction to build a leisure park in Stockbridge, England. At first, practically the entire village were members, but then membership mysteriously dropped off. Some of the members vanished, some actively turned on Edison, but the society soon diminished to just one: Edison himself. The Tenth Doctor and Majenta investigated the cause of the group's abrupt depletion with Edison in mid-December 2008. (COMIC: The Stockbridge Child)
