Hulver

Hulver was from the city of Meitenol on the Eastern River on Hulstad was was taken before the destruction of his Planet. He tried to attack the Gulfrarg ambassador and thought that Bernice Summerfield sounded like his former lover. He would later tell her that it was the Gulfrargs that abducted him to vivisect him. He was a musician and the Gulfrarg ambassador stole his harp and his peoples art. He eventually killed the ambassador. (AUDIO: The Extinction Event)
