A self-replicating energy blindfold matrix was the result of macrotransmission of a K-filter wavelength. This had the effect of blocking all the Dalek weaponry. It was used by the DoctorDonna from the Crucible's control console during the Dalek Invasion of Earth. (TV: Journey's End)
