Jaeger (LIVE 34)

Jaeger was the leader of Colony 34 and postponed the election for 5 years. He sanctioned emergency powers that prohibited unsanctioned gatherings. He later allowed the election, but he was trying to persuade the populace that there wasn't a fuel crisis. He had murdered children. He was later re-elected by the populace. He wanted to execute Ace but the Seventh Doctor managed to stop it. He used people as fuel. (AUDIO: LIVE 34)
