Her Majesty's Prison Broadfell was a prison in the United Kingdom. Lucy Saxon was immured in Broadfell after being arrested and tried in secret for killing her husband, Prime Minister Harold Saxon. No one, apart from select government officials, knew she was there. It was destroyed in December 2009 after the Governor and Miss Trefusis had resurrected the Master there. Lucy Saxon sabotaged the resurrection with an Elixir of Death. It is thought that everyone in the prison died. (TV: The End of Time)
