Tondra was a guard at a prison ship. She tried to get the computers running again after Safira Valtris hacked it. She told the Sixth Doctor and Laris that the ship was stalling. She hated Safira and wanted to kill her as her whole family was killed in one of the bombing. (AUDIO: Breaking Bubbles)
